This week at iheartfaces.com is hilarious outtakes. This is just one of the many outtakes of my life with boys. He thought it was a great idea to use the black sharpie on his face. I guess the good news is it wasn't my furniture. It only took some hairspray and scrubbing until it finally faded!

Week 41- Pink!
I'm back on the iheartfaces.com wagon! I haven't done an entry for a while. This week's theme is PINK, for breast cancer awareness.
This is my all pink girl! Although she claims her new favorite color is blue, she doesn't fool me.

week-35 back to school
week 35 iheartfaces.com challenge is "back-to-school"
I love the new excitement of back-to-school time. I am, however, sentimental and had a hard time sending my first baby to school all day long for first grade. She was very excited and ready to go though.
I love this shot because it shows these four girls ready and excited to move onward in life and on to school! My favorite moment was right after this shot when she turned her happy little face around and said good-bye.
I send one more to his first day of preschool tomorrow...where does the time go?

Week 24- Let's hear it for the boys!
It's week 24 at iheartfaces.com and this week's theme is "Let's hear it for the boys"
I chose this picture (from a long list of cute boy pictures) for it's sweet 'moment in time' feeling.
Sawyer has been all boy from the moment of his birth @ 10 lbs 7 oz. I never knew what having a boy really meant, but I'm sure learning now. He is trouble, dirt, bugs, flowers for mommy, jumping, running, snuggling, cuddling, cars, trucks, rough, tough, sweetness. When I looked at this picture of him, as he looks at the big world around him through his three year old eyes, it reminded me that his world is full of possibilities. Dream big, buddy!

Week 23- Sepia
Week 23 at ihearfaces.com is any face Sepia-toned. I loved this fiery little red-heads sweet innocent looking face in this picture. I like the grain added to bring a little texture to the picture. You could almost eat her up!

Week 21- Happy Birthday
http://www.iheartfaces.com/ challenge for week 21 has two categories this week: Happy birthday, and anything goes for pets.
So the first is a picture of my 3-year-old opening a present that contains a Nascar game. He's completely obsessed with cars, and was so excited to get the game!
The "pet" picture is not my pet (we are petless), but some locals actually own these domestic elk just down the road a ways. This elk was right by me by the fence. Thus the really close up pic I got.
